Potential scammer

So, i found this guy recently. Joined 2 months ago and have 1 feedback. He trying to buy my account, but refuse to use trade guardian because he said he didn't received his $28 back from trade guardian after asking for refund, and ask me to give my account first.

Can i report this guy? Because from what i see, he is a potential scammer.

You can hit the "report" icon on the lower left side of the coversation in question and the user will be reviewed.

He msg me on discord. But i confirmed his epicnpc account.

And also, im not a "victim". Im just accusing because he refuse to use trade guardian and ask me to go first.
I could be wrong, but i want to know if this kind of report is allowed, since he is not scam me (yet).

If you see something suspicious you can always report it and provide any proof you have so the Mods can review and root out potential scams before it takes place.

That being said, a seller refusing to use a Middleman is not uncommon and does not prove any kind of wrong doing, (but you should be careful with these type of trades none the less).

Actually, i can't report him because im not an actual victim. But if you ask if someone already become a victim, yes there is someone.

In a case like this it would need to be resolved in a dispute. I'll follow up with those involved, thanks for letting me know.
