What is the dispute about?
I actually received my account fine, but by looking at who I sent the money to via PayPal, Maia Gorgodze, is a very similar name used as a scammer that was banned here earlier (Seha).

Other details / notes:
This guy talks just like the other scammers I talked to: Laferrari#2537, knight#6741 (Discord). These (this?) guys have you send money via Paypal FF to someone named Mayvala Gorgodze (scammed me out of ~$500). See the resemblance? I would say that this is the same person, probably with a lot more accounts than these. Delivers accounts of lower value but scams people out of the higher-value accounts? Wanted to post this for other people to be aware. He also has a stickied post on the fortnite accounts forum, so yeah that might be a problem.

Second image: PayPal transaction. If you search [email protected] in PayPal, this name will come up, Gorgodze.
Third image: Conversation I had with a similar scammer (same scammer?). You can see how his vocabulary is identical to Drago's. And the PayPal recipient, Gorgodze, again.

Hey I've never had a dispute opened against me so not exactly sure what to do but what is exactly is the issue, did you lose access to the account or was it tampered with?

I'd like to explain what has happened, and while it will likely get my account banned would also like to mention another possible scammer for admins to look into after this case is resolved. So on the 10th last month 10/11/2022 i was approached by laferrai the same person in the 3rd screenshot provided my Gundy with a business opportunity to sell their game accounts on my account in exchange for a % cut of every day, I checked their account out on EpicNpc and it seemed legit with good reviews from trusted old accounts so I agreed to the condition and accepted the risk thinking it was a good deal and for a good month it was until today when I hit with this dispute.

I have talked with Gundy on discord and explained the situation and am more than willing to refund the $52 should that account get reclaimed by Laferrai as that is the only account that was sold using this account to them, I've also msged them about the account Gundy was scammed out of it in hopes they refund the money but has gone on unsuccessful. I would like to note that the account Gundy was scammed out of was not sold from my account and as of yet no account sold from my account has been disputed or reclaimed and following my learning of the scamming I have removed all threads related to my business with Laferrai to avoid any further scams.

I would like to ask for some leniency should my account get punished because of this as while I may have unintentionally worked with a scammer the scam case in question is not directly linked to my account/actions as I had nothing to do with them being scammed out of $500 the one account they did buy from my account is still fine as stated by them so I would like to request my account not be banned if possible as this dispute was raised on the concern that I was the scammer that scammed gundy which is just not the case as they were scammed by a different account/person I just enjoy selling reroll gacha accounts and made a stupid decision to trust someone else.

I'd also like to report another account that is linked to the Laferrai who has already been banned on one account (the one Gundy was scammed out of) can upload proof if required pls msg me. Pls look at the following pdf file.

Edit: I've realised I may have made a mistake in claiming I knew one of his alts as I just noticed that the discord tag on ser account mentioned below by Gundy and the ones in the Pdf file I uploaded are different im not sure if I just missed that when i first talked to them or if they've changed it since but I don't think the evidence I've submitted now would be valid I'll leave that up to the staff, I've gone and updated the pdf with screenshots of the discord tag they used to msg me with.

Also this is the account gundy was scammed out of by Laferrai that I was referencing throughout my explanation. https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/og-...ene-black-knight-fa-300.2368087/#post-8747009 the screenshots provided in that and in the Pdf file I uploaded show the person he was scammed by and the person I stupidly got in business with are the same but I have not scammed Gundy using this account as the account they brought using my thread is still working fine and I've offered to refund them should it be reclaimed, I've also stopped all business with Laferrai as mentioned there are/will be no more postings created for him and no other disputes have been brought up.

I'm not sure if this was clear in my explanation above but the person Gundy talked too in the first screenshot above was Laferrai who created a alt discord account with a similar name to mine, this can be seen in the pdf file attached, which also shows my main discord account the one I use to sell all my reroll accounts and the one I used to msg Gundy and explain this whole situation.

@gundy_ Yep , he is the same guy , he always make the same type of threads , he contacted me on discord at the name of laferrari

He is @BroskiShop and his alt accounts named @Bestki @Phobos and other more , this guy just create accounts when he gets banned , this guy is so tiring , he always use the sticky thread too.

Just went on read your post on them https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/scammer-as-name-apolo-on-discord-id-975500541373329448.2328378/ its exactly as you said i got offered a % cut of any deal they made and even though I asked to see their account on Epicnpc I was too stupid to notice the discord numbers was different I only focused on the name on the thread really am just naïve for believing them.

@LDrago07 next time , careful whit this type of situtations , always ask for user in epicnpc , this man always create more accounts , so he will be here again , prob doing the same move he did whit you or whit a new account , as @Gundy sayed , his type of scams are only if he the acc have high value , all accounts he sell are email changed , even when they have email change available , he just change after the sell to a diferent mail so he can pull back the big accounts , if you can , delete all threads who have relation whit him , and try to be smarter next time , maybe whit this situation explained a mod can quit the warning thing.

yea, looking back it was a stupid decision, I took down all his threads the moment i saw this dispute was filed and how his name was on the account gundy was scammed on, hoping they can remove warning and this account isn't banned but have to wait for staff on that

If a staff member is reading this pls look into https://www.epicnpc.com/members/renegaderaiderr.1616193/#recent-content they have 3 posts up on fortnite thread and its the same scammer thats being discussed in this case. The discord their using is just ser from the screenshots I uploaded in the pdf file with a changed username, if you go to page 37 where I start talking with "Ser" who is also "Laferai" the conversation matches. Someone has informed this along with the picture below and reference to this dispute to EpicNPC Mod of this but they said since it started in this dispute it will continue here and removed the warning they placed on one of their threads 1 of which someone has replied too. Its the same scammer using a different discord username and a new epicnpc account so their not going to be involved in this dispute since it would expose their previous scams.

Edit: Also they deleted their msgs before the emoji (admitting to being laferrai) which is why in the pdf SS it looks a little different, more than happy to send more screenshots matching other texts but I think this one alone should be enough
