1-The guy has no feedback so why would you consider buying anything from him?

Oh and why would you send funds pay pal or other wise before the auction ended ?

Hmm i think im going to tell paypal it was a used playstation 3 or something like that. Last time I said it was virtual goods they did nothing

Paypal will do nothing if its virtual items. I was on the seller side of an issue with paypal once. I sold around 20 million EQ plat to a guy. Talked to him and all and waited for the 1500 bucks to hit my paypal account. The next day the money was reverersed and when I called paypal I was told that someone had stolen that person's paypal account and so they refunded the money to that person. I was out the plat and the money and paypal said it was virtual property they wouldnt do anything. I contacted the local police and they were no help at all. Buyer beware I guess. I wont use paypal anymore after that.

Woah lucky for me I bought a "used playstation 3" off him so paypal has been helping alot /u/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
