What is the dispute about?
Lost access to the Google + Epic Seven account, the Google account got locked down and it is asking for the old recovery information which I don't have access to.
It requires a code from his phone number basically.
The seller is not responding to my messages on Discord even though his status shows online, so I practically lost complete access to everything.
Tried phone recovery too by texting his phone a code but even that did not make him message me (I have his number).
Other details:
I sold this account to @caplja after progressing it for a while, they paid me $200.
I have yet to open a dispute on Paypal because I don't know if the seller is willing to co-operate or not.
In case the seller does not co-operate I'll have to open a Paypal dispute and refund my buyer too.

How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Nearly 2 months.
