Refer to this case, all are the same.However I received a new message in the account that this seller has given me as a "replacement" from what seems like the original owner. He claims that he has the recipts and all the various information, I think he didn't attain this account the legit way and tried to write it off.

The account purchased was recovered later by the seller, I cannot log in anymore. He claims he was selling on behalf of someone else and that this "seller" has now blocked him. I've lost both money and account.
He claims to have contacted the "seller" but nothing has been resolved. He's asked me in Discord to give him extra time but my patience is thin, I've given him a month and still nothing has been resolved. He's failed to give me back a proper answer or money. I've dealt with sellers like Wilona from Genshin Impact account trading, the moment it was confirmed that her seller was scamming, she repaid me right away.

What is the dispute about?
The seller, who is selling an account onbehalf of another user thats outside of EpicNPC, sold me an account that has now been RECOVERED by the original user. He has not refunded me nor have provided me any information how he's planning to get that money back to me.
The game is CrossFire and its currently hosted by z8games.
If I was hacked, I would've gotten a password change message in my e-mail that's associated with the account, but no message was there. The e-mail one day just magically changed, and the password too, I can no longer access account details and cannot show this p[ortion. The only way this can happen is through account recovery through their website. And, the seller here has admitted to it in our personal DMs through discord.

This screenshot is a part of the Trade Guardian logs conversations. You can pull it from there. I've written them on there too but they have not replied and have ONLY replied through Discord, which is probably an attempt to keep it discord specific.
What's even more suspicious is that I didn't even know it was recovered, I simply thought I maybe remembered my password wrong until I got the following messages from this seller.
