What is the dispute about? I bought an Genshin Impact account and now there is a chargeback on the primogems with a risk of the account getting banned.
Other details / notes: I bought the account using paypal and I've been playing on the account for few days now.
Today I logged in and i've gotten 1 notices of requested refund when I logged on it became serious since the priomogems were deducted and account is in negative primos now.
I've also provided some Screenshots with the information and other related stuffs.
