Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Saw his ad about a high lvl character, contacted him and bought the character from him. Gave him the money first as I have dealt with him before and seemed like he could be trusted. Then of course, after a huge-woo-ha, he gave me an account with a low lvl character.
