Approximate value of property: $500 USD

What is the dispute about?
1. Buyer PM me asking if the account is still available.
2. Negotiation begin on PM, then move on to discord
3. Proceed to transfer the ID from original owner to buyer with me helping out, takes time about 3-4 hour
4. After buyer got the ID, we're waiting for the transaction to finish as buyer haven't sent the money.
5. Buyer went offline on both Discord and EpicNPC, proceed to play the account
6. While waiting for buyer to transfer money, I spot buyer's EpicNPC account is online and is dealing another transaction with others. I still haven't get my respond from buyer on both Discord and EpicNPC
Around the time making this post, 16 hours have passed and we still haven't received any info about the payment.
If there's no goodwill from the buyer, I will try taking back the account.
