Will you go first, because you don't have many vouches? - No, as everybody knows it is easier to scam ingame currency and go away. If you don't wanna trust me, you can buy with a middleman.
Why is there a maximum buy? - Since I obviously need to collect some vouches, I decided to set up a maximum buy at a lower Money-per-Exalted rate.
Why is the Exalted-Stock lowering but you don't get any vouches? - There are people I know several years and they are buying currency from me or sometimes I just use them for myself to upgrade my gear.
