User who placed false feedback: Kirandul
The user claimed that "Literally wasted my time and money and I got nothing! He even blocked me from discord! "
What really happened: We asked him if he had the payment option "Friends & Family" through PayPal MULTIPLE times as stated in our post and he said he did. When he sent the wrong payment, we refunded him instantly and he got angry. Then he claimed he didn't know what "Friends & Family" was despite claiming he did earlier, of course we will provide proof through screenshots below. Then he started harassing us so we decided to block him because there was no need for further tension.

Him then contacting us on discord right after. The dates align.
Now this is him CLAIMING HE HAS Friends & Family
This is proof we refunded the money (Also covered the private information following guidelines)
Then this is where he claimed he didn't know what "Friends & Family" is, despite saying yes earlier above.
Here he claims he'll review us "1 star" (which he did)
Here's him also confirming that we refunded the payment, so the claim of him "Losing" money is false.
He then later started to harass us so we blocked him, but there's no point in posting such negativity
