Banned - scammer/feedback abuse
Hello , this person : https://www.epicnpc.com/members/vraccoon.1670572/ bought from me an account some weeks ago ( with trade guardian mm) and some days ago he started telling me that someone else is playing on the account ecc... so first i asked him to give me access to the account so i can try to fix this issue (he refused) so then i told him that i can't make a refund but i can give him an other account instead . But yesterday he opened a dispute on paypal to get back his money and just blocked me from discord and additionally he write a bad feedback for me .
I'm asking you to ban this person or at least remove this feedback please because i wanted to help him but he refused and this feedback telling that i'm a scammer its just fake because i sold a lot of accounts and if someone has a problem with an account i usually help me him out and fix any problem
ALSO PLEASE DON'T TELL ME AGAIN THAT YOU DON'T INVESTIGATE DISPUTES UNLESS TG IS USED BECAUSE WE USED TG ! I HOPE I'M CLAIR
