In short, we accept the order, but can't complete it because booster got really big problem with COVID-19, he is almost dying... and he can't work of course. So we made full refund to customer instantly when we got the info from booster about his health status. It was a delay because booster got problem really suddenly and can't inform us about it really fast, it takes some time.
I can make all proofs about refund of course, if needed.
