creasda1255 sold me LOL account with 1300 skins. Said he had it for over a year. I took a chance and bought it because it was great deal. Unfortunately it was recovered a few weeks later. He only has 2 feedbacks so I knew he won’t replace it as per the rule so I told him I wanted to buy second account of same value and holding it.
I’ve been with Epicnpc for years and always have been top trusted member. When my buyers say their account is recovered, I would refund or replace even when I know they’re lying. I lost 3 huge accounts recently for over $1300 including 2 to a member with 27+ feedbacks and he’s been banned here for scamming others.
creasda1255 said he has recovery info and will recover it. He didn’t mention that to me during sale that he has recovery info. I told him to go ahead. He left me a negative feedback. I’m asking admins to remove that as I’m the victim here who is out $300 from this guy.

Hello It's about the account which I bought a year ago I was playing without any issues after that I sold it to him, a few weeks passed and he messaged me about the second account I was selling and we agreed on a deal.

The last time I sold the account to him I went first and gave him an account after that I received my funds, so I thought he was genuine as the first time and gave him the lol acc.

After 5 minutes he messages me this :

He claimed that I had given ******* account to him which is not true, He didn't msg me about the account recovery before:

- After that, I messaged him that I had another account not that he messaged me about and he accepted my offer and after that above mentioned happened.

So this proves that I haven't been informed about account recovery.
Epicnpc mods, if scamming is not allowed on this website this guy should be banned now.

Please be aware LoL are high risk and there is nearly no way for the buyer or seller to prove who took an account when one is recalled. Because of this we are implementing these new rules when a dispute is reported.

1) If a recall claim is made by the buyer and no proof is provided by either party (as nearly all LoL recalls are), the seller will have to either provide a refund or 2nd account.

• If the seller refuses, the buyer can give a negative feedback.
  • If the seller has good feedback (10+), but receives too many complaints (5+) in a short period of time they will be banned.
  • If the seller has under 10 feedback, they will be banned after 2 negative feedbacks.

I’ve done hundreds of deals on Epicnpc. I also remember speaking to you CM few years back. Seller told me he had it for a year. I was his first customer so I took a risk and bought it. He then posts few accounts like this for sale so I became a little alarmed thinking this isn’t his personal account he held for over a year. I lost access to the account he sold me about 10 days ago. Knowing he has 2 feedbacks and 1 is from me, he will not honor the Epicnpc rule. If he did then the account I’m holding should be my replacement. He said he will recover the account (didn’t even tell me he had recovery info), I said go ahead with it as I’m already assuming my loss as this is probably ******* too and will be recovered sooner or later. But at least he won’t get another buyer the loss that I received. And if he has recovery infos without telling buyers then I must assume the first one he sold me was recovered by him.

I have a question
if I buy an account from someone and lose it
isnt it against rules to steal another account from same seller then mention (weeks later) that old one got recovered?
or only high reputated users can do this type of scams
if its against rules what he did please ban him
if its allowed please show which rule allows a buyer to scam seller and steal account
he never mentionee that he had an issue with that old account until he scammed me

This is what happens when I mention the account was recovered first. And this seller has like 27 feedbacks. I lost 3 accounts in 2 weeks including yours. You have 2 feedbacks. I wonder what you would’ve done. And since the rule is that you have to replace the account or refund me, what would you like to do then?

For all you know it could've been an honest mistake easily resolved.

In the future, you must open a dispute, or maybe talk to the seller instead of misleading them and taking a different account hostage, even if the 1st account you bought was recovered. For all you know it could've been an honest mistake easily resolved.

It wasn’t an honest mistake when he said he had it for a year and account gets recovered few weeks after the deal. That’s why I was mad and took the account especially when he starts posting other accounts for sale that are equally risky after our transaction. I was under impression it was his personal account that he had for a year.

I will return this account when he refunds me. I will hand over the account to you and once he refunds, then you can hand the account back. But honesty this will be recovered in a week or two. The other solution via EpicNPC rule is for me to keep the account. I won’t resell it as I know what will happen and let the account go away. Besides he already said he will be recovering the account as he has recovery info.

I’m already assuming loss for this transaction. Negative feedback for him means nothing as he only has 2 feedbacks. I’m hoping I’ve saved another member $300 and not buy ******* accounts from him.

Also I’ve been here for years and have done hundreds of transactions at 100%. That’s not easy feat as you know. I’m as legit as they come and I’ve always held true to my word. This particular guy just irked me the wrong way and opening a dispute against a guy with no feedbacks just gets him banned with no real consequences but this way, I give him one less account to hurt others and if I’m entitled to refund or replacement, why would the seller be so mad if he’s supposed to refund or give me comparable account which is the one I have now unless he had no intentions of keeping his end of the bargain.

I will transfer the account to CM. He will hold the account. You can resolve the first account issue by refunding or replacing it with similar account like the one CM will be holding. No need to open another thread as this one is the same issue. You will not be getting the account back first without resolving the issue because I’m 100% sure you won’t resolve it.

so I reported it to riot suppport already I will take it back anyways but it would be easier if you send back to me what you scammed

in case of losing account
and traders are solving the issue normally
you are the only one on this forum who
never informed a seller about losing an account
then decided to steal another account
which is against rules
also there is no legit proof that I would not help with resolving issue with 1st account
its not my problem really if someone else scammed you

He already took it back. CM you’ve been around long enough to see people like him. He will be back with new account since his has a neg reputation. He is not new to EpicNPC. I just tried to log in on my phone and he already recovered. Again he was selling without even letting me know he has recovery info.

So again I’m at a loss of $300 because of this guy and I knew what would happen to this account. I made him recover this so now he can’t sell this and recover again or Riot will permanently ban the account. Maybe he can do it again in a year.

Another acct recovered. I did the right way and seller is now just ignoring me. And this guy had more feedback than you. Now I have to compensate my buyer because I take responsibility for my sales. How much longer do honest members have to take the high road while these scums sell ******* accounts and just make new ID when they get called out.

I never logged onto the account on PC and never played on the account. CM said I need to return the account so I logged in today for first time on phone and surprise surprise I can’t log in. I’ve done tens of thousands of dollars of transactions here. I’m not a little kid looking for quick buck like you. I have no reason to lie nor does $300 loss means the end for me. Unfortunately for you, I have experience and proof of my legitimacy. Anyone that have dealt with me knows I’m good for it.

You on the other hand, told me you had the account for a year and your accounts gets recovered within weeks TWICE now. At least others like you sell inactive accounts that usually lasts longer.

CM do as you see fit. I’ve been nothing short of a loyal and honest member of this group for YEARS. I’ve only done what I did because I’ve been victim of guys like him many times and I wasn’t profiting off him or scamming. I held the account and made him recover even at the expense of my perfect record. This guy only logs in now just to reply to this thread now. He’s so salty he couldn’t get one more bad acct sale in, that he would do anything to taint my rep which he succeeded. You will not see this guy around after this guarantee you that.
