Granted i was away this week due to reasons outside epicnpc, i just noticed this guy louBabas left bad feedback for us.
When i click the visit deal thread it links here which has nothing to do with us:

we dont even work in that game, possible he was contacted by a scammer we had lots of requests to verify it is us on discord and in many situations it was an impostor.
Also i had alert for dispute opened against us but when clicked it returns:
OOPS! WE RAN INTO SOME PROBLEMS.
