Please deactivate my old account

I have an old account by the name of Rxwyy of which is authenticated, but i dont know the code or the recovery.
there fore i made a new account (bottingaround) - which i would like to use if possible, but it was banned because it was a second account.

TL;DR please remove or deactivate my old account so i can make a new one as i would like to start a pokemon go business.
