Playing WoW with a proxy server?

How would I play WoW through a proxy so Blizzard can't know of country IPs changing?

A proxy server is essentially a router. It has 1 public ip address (that other computers outside the network see), and then all the computers on your side of the proxy have local IP's... so this wont do anything for you. Besides you'd need to have a decent machine running all the time as JUST a server and not a user machine. Its really not worth it and it wont solve your problem.
