Banned after 10+ years and 10,000 feedback
Was permanently suspended after 10 years and 10,000 feedback on their website. Officially, I was banned for using foul language with their customer support representatives after they repeatedly failed to acknowledge or fix website bugs for multiple years. Such as failure to send on-site messages, update offers correctly, make payments to purchase goods off their website, or even accept refunds from unsuccessful purchases. Some bugs resulted in customers payments being stuck for over 2 years. Examples below. If you have done business on PlayerAuctions, I would highly encourage you to make sure you were paid correctly, or that your refund was properly sent to you. Do not trust PlayerAuctions automated fees, calculate your Total sales BEFORE fees, and then calculate your fees YOURSELF to ensure they are accurate.
.
I was also permanently suspended due to occasionally providing incorrect information during account deliveries. Specifically an email or password had a typo which was swiftly corrected during dispute. PlayerAuctions referenced 10 specific disputes as justification for my suspension. However 9 of them were closed in my favor when I resolved the issue, and the 10th one was refunded to the customer after he disputed 60 days from the original day of sale. Which is far outside the maximum 30 days PlayerAuctions lets sellers offer. They claimed that even though my account insurance was 30 days maximum they decided it was still my fault for the customers issue 60 days after sale and made me refund. The customer got banned for RWT and even showed the company telling them the ban was for buying an account which voids PlayerAuctions account warranty. PlayerAuctions did not care. Despite these errors being corrected and a significant portion of customers closing disputes in my favor after I provided satisfactory resolutions to their issues. I got permanently banned.
You can believe the official reasons for my suspension as explained above. However, im sure its just poor timing, but I was banned 24 hours after notifying them of my discovery of website bugs that resulted in customers payments being stuck for 2 years. The customer sent money to make a purchase, but the system never verified it and so it sat there pending verification for 2 years. The customer presumably never noticed that PlayerAuctions took their money for something they never received. Probably because as shown above, they had multiple failed payments before having successful ones. Resulting in multiple charges and multiple refunds being required. The photos below are from the same timestamp as the 2nd photo above (April 8th 2022) showing what the order status and event log of a Verifying Payment looked like at the time of taking a photo. The event log, and current status of the order shown above in the April 8th photo shows as still active in the system. I took the photo April 8th 2022, and you can see orders as far back as September 2020 that are Verifying Payment still.
After my suspension, I realized that the bug that affected my customers stuck paymetns, may have affected my withdrawls. So, after auditing my gross sales, removing fees as advertised on PlayerAuctions website, and comparing that to what was actually received in my bank account, I discovered what I believe to be $20,000+ discrepancy in PlayerAuctions favor. If you need legal assistance with a dispute involving PlayerAuctions please contact me as I have firsthand experience with their Terms of Service and their specific clause for disputing their actions/decisions involving the American Arbitration Association. DESPITE WHAT PLAYERAUCTIONS TERMS OF SERVICE SECTION 13.4 SAYS, YOU ARE NOT CAPPED TO $100 IN DAMAGES. THAT IS A LIE.
Because of my combined experiences, and many others such as PlayerAuctions being TRADE WITH CAUTION ranked on other websites due to their disputes on those platforms. I would highly discourage anybody from using PlayerAuctions. There are many other places you can do business nowadays that do not involve this company.
Admins/Mods if PlayerAuctions wishes to dispute this feedback please make sure to get their consent to contact me for my proof. I would be happy to show you my bank records, matching withdrawl statements. and the excel sheet that puts it all together.
