Hey, was just wondering if anyone has had any success with getting credit for a recalled account through playerauctions account insurance. I recently had an expensive account recalled and I am having a hell of a time getting them to honor the insurance.
Was just wondering if trying to fight it is a waste of time or not. Is doing a chargeback for the recalled account an option if they won't honor the insurance? Do you think I have grounds to do so? I know my account on PA will be banned for sure, which sucks
because I am a power seller. However, it is mainly about the principal of the matter for me now.

They have the worst customer service or so I'm told. I doubt they're willing to hand back your money even with proof. I'd take matters into your own hands if you haven't heard back from customer service in a few days.
 
I never use that site, it only took me a couple minutes to pin point some areas and I was like, nuh uh!
 
i tried to sell at there once, but no one buy then i end up forgot to remove my listing which already sold
then someday someone bought that account, so i tried my best to deliver but since that account was sold, i try offer buyer with another higher account which i cant sell at the same price.
first thing i do before i talk to buyer was to contact their customer service to let them know i was forgot to remove the listing and request their support to explain to buyer, since i believe it doesnt right if i told buyer like that then ask for more money.
they told me to contact buyer by myself and tell him about that, so i told buyer about that and trying to negotiation even if he pay lower, i dont really mind , but then buyer never reply till 8am where i got his order at 4am, so i cant stay awake any longer, i even told buyer its already 8am and i cant stay awake any longer, so i will find him back after i woke up.

then when i woke up, buyer already cancel the order and wrote on his cancel order with "scam , trying to ask for more money" the story doesnt end yet, i even get a warning from their staff by email .
i was like wtf, before i even dare to ask buyer, i already request a support from them to explain to buyer.

i can understand they are being like that if they are forum which just a community , but this one is a company, their staff get pay to work as support.
i dont know their support for buyer, but as for seller, i tried to open a ticket like for asking about some technical issue like cant login, or very hard to upload image on their site.
and the ticket still unanswered untill now i guess LOL. tried to contact them via live chat about their site issue, but they just told me to use mozzila instead if chrome have a problem with their site.
seriously, why would someone report a such a technical issue just to get answered for use another browser..

well, i dont know about if it gonna be worth to fight for it since i believe kinda hard to get your money back, unless the playerauctions inssurance work on freezing their payment until the warranty void like in another marketplace, then your chance to get the money back from them gonna be really low.
