Was Trade Guardian used? Yes (briefly, nobody was overseeing the transaction, but it was used briefly before we went to Discord)
If yes, what is the Trade Guardian ID? 2780292 (I know that nobody was present in this Trade Guardian, but I’ll leave the ID here anyways just in case.
What is the dispute about?
Simply put, I have been scammed by this user. I was interested in a Pixel Gun 3D account and decided to purchase the one that belonged to him. I sent him the PayPal money and patiently waited for him to help me out to log into his account. He gave me the gmail account, but afterwards, he blocked me on Discord and has not messaged me back. On Trade Guardian, I asked him directly if I would have full access to the email and any other platforms attached to use the account, and he said yes. He lied. I would really appreciate if this were to be investigated because I don’t want this person to be on the EpicNPC platform.

(These last two screenshots are apparently vouches from a Discord server, but looking at it now, that’s highly unlikely. I have reason to believe these images are all the same account, not different ones purchased by different people. He used these “vouches” to talk me out of a middleman.)
