Hello,
I want to become verified member of EpicNPC community, to do so I have to verificate my phone number. The problem is that system is keep saying "Please provide a valid number". Tried to do so without VPN. Also tried with country prefixes and so on. Is there any problem with service?

The country code is automatically added based on your IP address. When you enter your phone number, what country code is added? Poland is 48, so if you see something else, there's an issue with your IP address.

Well, after system process it, it addes "1" as prefix. Tried to do this manually by adding just 48, +48 or #48. However it didn't work. IP address shouldn't be a problem since it's not hidden.

It could be the network you're using. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do in these instances. Please try another connection.

sorry to necro this thread epicnpc, i have the same issue as this guy as i have been e-mailing you before.

We're currently investigating to see if there are any issues, but many users each day are still able to successfully verify their phone number. My suggestion to just try another connections if it's not working and you're sure you don't have a VPN or any security software enabled that could be hiding your IP address.

I also have this issue

It keeps saying "please provide a valid number" no matter what I do.

- I've tried putting in the number by default.

- Tried adding country code

- Tried putting the numbers after country code

Nothing works.

I live in Australia so the prefix is +61

After this I would type 481-xxx-xxx as the prefix accounts for the "0" in Australian numbers.

It keeps coming up with the error, refreshing the page, then setting the prefix as "1".

Please help.

so i've tried a new connection in my neighbor with a different ISP it is now trying to put +81 as country code. and should be +63
