Phone verification is still required even after verification

I have phone number already registered on my account, but it still keeps asking me to verify my phone number

Yes still getting verification requirement message

Also when i click change my phone from account detail update, im getting this message, so i cant even try to update or refresh my number info despite i already finished all my verification previously

Nevermind. it was fault on my end

I kept clicking this test purchase button instead of purchase on top right for credit card.
