I was given a negative feedback from user: Akiira / discord: Vel#8808 or Velo#8808
They are trying to make my profile look bad by misconstruing the information. Yes, I sold them an account. Yes, I refunded the money. Yes, I didn't close my thread when they bought it. And this is why:
1. I sold them the account on June 16, 2021
2. I kept reminding Akiira for 2 days to bind the account and change the log in information. Nothing was being changed and I was thinking I'd get chargebacked.
3. I didn't close the thread because the account wasn't secured to Akiira because they weren't logging in to change the information.
4. That is when I found another potential buyer at a higher price, on June 18, 2021. So I asked Akiira if I could refund the payment.
5. Akiira agreed and that's when they unbound the account (that is why the thread was still open)
6. With Akiira's permission, I then refunded the payment fully.
7. The potential buyer abandoned ship, then I attempted to resell the account back to Akiira. Words were exchanged that I didn't find pleasant, so I blocked them (nothing wrong with that).
8. Akiira then decides to be petty about it and leaves bad feedback and a bad reply on my thread even though no one was harmed from this.
Akiira no longer owns the account. Full money was sent back to them with their permission.

I'm willing to let bygones be bygones because they don't have the account and I don't have the money. so if their hateful comment and feedback are removed from my profile, then I'll remove my negative feedback.
