People not leaving feedback

This is the second time that I leave feedback and people don't leave it back. I asked more than once on Skype and also sent a PM. The first one was a few months ago (I got the guy banned so it doesn't matter) and the last one this week.

Any ideas on how I can deal with this? If more people have the same problem, it could be fixed this way, for example:

- I leave a positive feedback for someone
- They have 7 days to give feedback
- After 7 days if I still didn't received feedback, the user that gave positive feedback also gets a positive

Worse case if something happened (like somebody was kidnapped for 2 weeks), they can come back and report the person in this forum, just like normal trades.

A lot of people simply won't leave you rep, they forget to, they never come back to the site, etc.

They are not required to rep you for a purchase or sale, It's just really nice when they do.

As Geek said, some people just don't do it and there's really no way to force someone too either. My best suggestion would just ask them before the sale is complete if they can give you positive feedback and just hope they do once the sale is complete.

also, some people wait a week or two to make sure they want to leave a positive, make sure it all worked out well and what not.

I found it a lot easier to send them the adress for thier rep page and just tell them to click the yellow icon. Some "new" user just have no clue how to leave feedback.

I always require reputation given to me "prior" to me giving it. I always tell my customers that reputation will not be given until they are satisfied with the trade and have left me feedback.

IF for any reason feedback is not left, I contact them on Skype to inquire whether they were satisfied with the trade/sell.

I always give the proper steps to provide feedback, the dead link to use, and my profile link.

As always though, you can lead a horse to water but you can not make him drink.
