What is the dispute about?
Client: has purchased the Platinum 4 - Master (self-play) service on 14th of July 2021. Order has been completed successfully (review). Few month later (November 9th 2021), buyer has opened dispute against us on PayPal for $300. Unfortunately, I wasn't be able to find out it at the right moment since I wasn't using that PayPal account anymore, thats why dispute was closed in favor of the buyer. We have contacted buyer in discord (November 22nd) to ask what is going on. (All screenshots of conversation attached) In short, buyer stated that all payments were made using his girlfriend's PayPal account. Then, buyer said that he broke up with her and he isn't responsible for payments made from her PayPal account. Please, review this case Thank you in advance.
