I bought an account about 6 months ago and the guy just recently recalled it, can I still recall my paypal payment or is there a time limit on how long after sending a payment you can recall?

you are unable to recall your paypal payment via chargeback anymore.

however, if you payed with your bank or credit card, you can take it up with them and initiate a chargeback up to a month later.
