What is the dispute about?
I created an ad looking for a specific Genshin Account. He pm'd me and showed me his inventory of accounts. After agreeing on a price and an account of my choosing, he insisted I sent two payments ($40/$30) to check if his Paypal worked. Before sending the other payment, I confirmed that his discord is indeed linked to this Ipocoyo EpicNPC account. Trusting him and his 50+ reviews and not using G&S or TG, he told me his "Boss," would send me an invoice after payment. Apparently, G&S was not available for him and TG did not take Paypal for paying fees, so I opted to using F&F. After more than 12 hours passed by, and to no ones surprise, he messages me on EpicNPC saying the account on discord I was just talking to was a scammer. While I believed it at first, one look at his previous sales would indicate that ChickenChipies#3811 is indeed him and not an impersonator I was talking to. (Proof/Example: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/buying-golden-rage-skin-twitch-account.2064960/) The discord id on this thread matches the same exact one I was talking to. Please remove this person before he starts using his reviews to scam others. It was my fault for not realizing the red flags before it was too late.
