I just made an account sale and I have a full aim log with him agreeing to terms etc. 1hour later I recieve an email saying he filed a dispute and now its taken the money back and I don't have my account. What can I do?
Use that template and fill out all information possible.
As far as getting your money back goes, i hear that PayPal will not settle the dispute in your favor, even with proof, if the purchase deals with virtual goods, so as far as i know, you're out your money for now. I would check with someone else on this though, as i am not a pro with PayPal.
But you need to fill out that template to alert the community and help get the scammer banned, if you really did get scammed. Do that first.
