any news? i cant buy any sticky topic and all my topics except few is unstick now
 
We're working on another solution to this problem and should have another update in 24-48 hrs.

Amazon only allows 8 secs for the payment to complete. If it takes more than that it will fail. The update will address the fail. If a payment fails, then it will retry automatically and will give 5 mins to complete. The payment won't process instantly anymore, but should have enough time to complete.
 
okay, so for now only way to use credit cards is amazon pay, yes?
or other credit cards methods will be added?
not local like South Korea option, but global ones
 
Yes, another CC option will be added. Depending on today's tests it could be enabled today, if it needs more work, then probably Monday since I don't like adding new features on a Friday.

Oof thats painful, lets hope it gets sorted out asap, alot of us use epicnpc as our primary source of advertising/income so im sure its being given top priority and sorry for all those who are having issues :(
 
Amazon Pay has been available since March 5th.

Some members are getting a "signed out" error. This is related to browser cookies. In order to work correctly, your browser has to accept cookies and you must accept cookies from Epicnpc.com and Amazon.com. Privacy software can also cause problems by blocking cookies.

weird why not working sometmes, but at least we have workaround
in Opera F5 spam didnt work

I sent a support ticket to Amazon for more information. Maybe there's something we can do to bypass this or at least know more info so we can provide that to members so they can fix the issue.
 
Confirmed, amazon not working, me and a few more people i know get the same error and are taken to the stickyads page after trying to complete the purchase.

Tried enable all cookies (previously was on block thirdparty cookies in incognito mode, although this should not impact since i am trying to buy on live browser not incognito). Also tried to put epicnpd and amazon on always allow cookies list still same error on chrome.

I hope that skrill will be added as soon as possible, since it's the best "copy" of PayPal (although Skrill is 10 times better than PayPal)

As much as I would like to recommend it as well, it has been weird to me recently.
Could only receive payments in $5. For $20 and above (didnt try $6 ~ 19), it thinks my email is unregistered for some weird reason.

Wasn't that way when I used it last year (or 2). So not sure what the reason is.

anyone know how to manage subscriptions now with Amazon pay?
for example i want to cancel sub for one of the sticky topics

cant find anywhere at amazon account where to do it

Hi, can i pay a moderator or someone with privileges to upgrade my profile, i literally can't use any payment service you are offering right now. Either because of my country of origin or because the service doesnt accept transfers from paypal.

You can't pay a mod for an upgrade, that's not how it works. We'll be adding credit card options very soon, in later Google and Apply Pay.
 
My suggestion would be to rethink whole payment for MM services system.

Personally i would do the following (if its even doable at all):
- middleman fees and for everything else on this site would be paid in Credits;
- thus it would make Epic more or less like regular listing/ market site where clients buy different perks from the site (and it just happens to be that MM fees are one of them). That is Epic in a way would be less risky as buyers woudnt be spending on Middleman services, but to buy credits which are used for many purposes.

I imagine that when buyer presses Buy Now he would see that MM fee would be like for example 2000 Credits ($20) which he could buy right away.

And the reply from paypal is

If PayPal determines there have been violations of the AUP, we may hold funds for up to 180 days, debit a customer's PayPal account for up to $2,500.00 USD(CAD) for each violation, and/or take legal action against the account holder to recover additional losses. When a customer accepts the PayPal Legal Agreements and completes transactions using a PayPal account, that signals acceptance of the provisions in the User Agreement related to applying debits as a result of violations of the AUP. It is also accepted that PayPal may deduct such damages directly from any existing PayPal balance and in any PayPal account a customer creates, owns, and/or controls.

why not use IoS for safety. since all u guys want Friends and family and in 1 day u got so many friends and family money ofc Paypal will think something fishing and take action.
 
Zelle is US only and only bank to bank, so it would be very limited. We already offer multiple options for US, so at this time we're not planning to add that. Maybe in the future.
