Paypal help. Scammer found.

What are your chances of recovering money sent to a verified paypal seller, IF they recieve the money but refuse to send a product?

Is it 100% refund for the buyer if filed through a dispute, or am I hosed (as the buyer)?

Dunno, but don't mention anything about World of Warcraft or any virtual item.

If the seller says it was a virtual item your hosed man sorry to say, It's a bad policy by Paypal but since they have no way to track a virtual item, it's the only policy they can do.

And people are starting to know this policy and are going to exploit it to rob people blind now since they know Paypal won't reverse virtual items.
