Hi, I've gotten scammed for off of F&F TWICE by people reclaiming their Genshin Impact accounts through their website. So I was wondering if the buyer allows protection for items and services, how would I go about buying the account with a way to refund/chargeback if they scam me?? Should I post details within the notes when making the purchase of what I'm buying? Or should the buyer link their EpicNPC post when requesting money?

Thank you in advance,
Nagi

Theres little protection either way, since its for a digital item. Do not pay with balance and you should be able to charge back via bank or credit card.

Even gift payments can be charged back
That way

Paypal should almost always resolve disputes in your favor if it was for virtual goods unless they got email confirmation from you confirming receipt of the goods. Even if they got email confirmation, you might still be able to send evidence that the account was recovered at a later date.
As a last resort, you could also chargeback any payments made on that Genshin Impact account, which would render the account unusable until the original owner paid back all debt. For example, if you purchased 1 Blessing each month and the account is recovered a year later, charging back could leave the account with a massive amount of debt if the primogem balance is based on the purchase price (rather than the blessing allocation).
