She later told me that it was her dad who sent her the money. But she EXCLUDED the transaction from the bank statement that she sent me earlier. WHY? One day later, after I ask her:

She could have her dad receive my money, and the money she receive is just about on the same day my money arrive, with the same amount of money. She excluded it from the first time she sent me her bank statement as a proof for Wise to investigate. If this is not suspicious, then nothing else is.

Please help me get my account. I sent the money over one week ago, now I have no control over my $1000. If she doesn't have the money, then no one else would have it.

They are literally the same, just ASIA -> NA. You can't change server region in Genshin.

After talking back and forth with Wise and my bank for the longest time of my life, they concluded that the money was sent and the recipient has spent the money in their Wise account. And because I complied with @Wilona and sent the money exactly where she wanted, she must now be held responsible for this amount of money: $1000

I sent the money to the right account, I don't care if you haven't received it @Wilona, I did exactly what you said. It is your fault that the money went somewhere else. You should have provided me your full bank account details instead of just an email.
