What is the dispute about?
I sold him a dokkan farmed jp account, he paid with paypal Good and Service since he is from Peru and I checked and some countries including his do not have the FnF option so I accepted his payment asking him to confirm that he received the account, he replied saying "ok" taking his word for it, I'm still waiting for confirmation and I've already tried to send him a private message but as you can see in the screenshots he hasn't logged in since the day I sold him the account.

I already updated the shipment information that it doesnt need the track since i delivered it in the same moment that he paid me.
I helped him to login in the account and this is the situation....
