PantherIsHere Scam

Scam post is referring to PantherIsHere, who convinced me to buy an account that was being sold. Payment was made via Paypal, and I was told to hold on while he retrieved the account info.
After which no communication has been heard or indicated for the past hour.
There was no indication that he would *not*be right back, or take longer than a few moments to provide the account information. Below are the screenshots of the entire conversation had via Skype.

Panthers previous comment prior to editing was that his internet happened to go down immediately after the sale and that you can "ban him" if I do not receive the account in one day.
There are 14 screen shots total, which I will try and arrange, as I am not familiar with Imgur

fuking hate that panther guy.u can immediately see hes a scammer.noone would sell an account with 300+ skins and rare limited skins :/
