What is the dispute about? I bought the account on 08/04/2018, played it till 08/17/2018, didn't log on the 18th.
When I logged on today (19th) I found out that I lost all my valuable items (Equipment I wore, gold, dwarf cannon, abbys whip etc)
The first thing I saw was that I only wore a Chaotic handegg.
