hello guys,

this skype is not mine. im guessing an imposter who used my name.. I don't even have subbot on my own website how to even sell someone a subbot ?

i ask millions of customers if they sent money by purchasing on rocketr.. basically i dont do any transactions without shoppy because people chargebacks..

im sorry this guy was scammed but it wasn't me.

In the above posted screenshots you proved your identity. He told you he was gonna write you onsite, you said yes, when he joined the website chat you told him to send you the money

You tried to sell me the same product and refused to go first or use a middleman, when i was much more trusted than you are, you even refused to use a middleman.
That proof includes timestamps, unless someone you dont know has access to your website chat (fopr which you're resposnable) it was you scamming, if it wasnt you (im giving you the benefit of the doubt, even though timestamps clearly prove otherwise) you're still liable because the trans happened after confirmation on your site :)

first of all [MENTION=630102]ITALY[/MENTION] you know you are being unfair to me. Because at the time I was trying to sell you the subbot there was actually a subbot from UPS who just recently got banned and scammed me with the money when his version was not working anymore. That skype is not me, unless you have valid proof of IP I'm sorry but im not to be blamed for the guy. When i was dealing with you I did accept to a middleman.

whoever the guy was on skype someone add him and get to the bottom of this coz it's definitely not me. I wouldn't sell a subbot to someone when i dont even have subbot myself.

If all this and the skype user didnt at least check the website properly then im sorry man i cant be held liable. in law we have a saying: the law doesnt protect the idiots.

Im sorry i dont mean to talk in a bad way about him i dont even know him, but he is pinning this on me when i clearly didnt do anything to him neither have i scammed him.

and its very convenient that you are jury and prosecutor and defendant of the same guy ? the proof isnt actually valid, and i talk to millions of people on my website daily. i might have talked to him doesnt mean i scammed him.

that was an old account of mine.. not used anymore
 
So your skype is hacked? First it was that is not you. now its an old skype? you are still responsible if someone else is using your account.

He even answered on his website livechat at the same time and told the guy to send him the payment. The skype account is his and he posted numerous time with that skype. What else do we need? He basically self-proved that the skype is his, by publishing in his posts, anything he says at this point is just excuses
Timestamps dont lie, any plausable deniability is gone already.

Final response from me. you do realize that all edits are logged in the site right? So its easy to be checked that you removed your skype after admitting it was your "old account"

yea i just removed it to not ****in get scammed by someone like that again .. that account is not mine mate.. i realize u can see logs im a coder done millions of forums
