There is no requirement to open a dispute thread.Hi guys, I was wondering how many posts I need to unlock the ability to open a dispute thread?
Can I PM you so you can see if there's enough proof for a ban before i make a thread? It is an discord dispute but the person is willing to resolve it depending on what a mod says. There is no requirement to open a dispute thread.
Keep in mind we do not investigate discord disputes. If there is enough proof given originally in the dispute and it is not on discord we will ban the user.
Only Trade Guardian dispute are investigated. We do not review off-site disputes, sorry. You can submit negative feedback for the user.
Will that still be honored? I was told something different by someone on your management team."If there is enough proof given originally in the dispute and it is not on discord we will ban the user."
AdministratorBut I'm saying that the EpicNPC member is willing to testify to the legitimacy of his account for both EpicNpc and discord before taking a look at these chats for evidence. It's one thing if the person is refusing but this member is willing to comply and is generally readily available especially if a time can be set to have this move on as quick as possible. It would not take much time at all. I have bought from this person twice before as well. We are trying to have a third party decide what a fair solution would be for the buyer due to paypal having an issue that isn't a fault of either party. If you accuse someone, we will review that member's account. If they're found to be a previously banned member or known scammer, we will ban them.
However we will not investigate the actual dispute.
Since this happened on Discord, all you evidence would be Discord chats which we would not accept. In order to accept those chats as evidence we would have to first determine if the EpicNPC member is the same person on Discord. As Discord impersonation scams are very common, this would take time to investigate which we do not do. Sorry.
AdministratorSo if mods are willing to do it on their own if I post the thread then its fine but your official policy is that you guys don't have to review disputes unless TG is used. Is that correct? Some mods will review a disputes even if TG is not used. They are doing that on their own. Our official policy is we do not review disputes unless TG was used.
If there was a sale and something was exchanged, both parties can exchange feedback.
