One of the mods made a mistake I lost 1k credits

I asked for a refund of red profile highlight for 200 which I purchased twice. I purchased it twice because I wanted to turn it off/discard it, instead it purchased (icon suggested that it would be turned off) I discarded it and wanted my money back for second purchase which is 200.

One of the mods/admins came, and deleted redhighlight + redglow worth 1k and gave me 200 credits for it.
Please give me my 1k credits back so I can repurchase it on my thread.

Update: I do not want to wait for 24 hours before someone fixes this mistake, I purchased 2k credits and I'm gonna fix it myself.


Just refund me my 1k to my account, thanks.

PS 2. Please do not delete any glow/highlights/anything from my account anymore, as it is as it was supposed to be. I'm just missing 1k credits at the moment.

2 were sold back and you received 500 credits back for each (50% sell back price).

4000 credits spent, 2 sold back, 1000 refunded.

You also purchased 2 Red Profile Highlights, both were sold back (discarded), and these items have a 0% sell back price.


One of the removed Red + Glow title items removed was a mistake. This means you need 500 more credits back since the system already returned 500.

However you also received 200 credits for 1 of the Red Profile Highlights. That's fine, you only had the item for a day so this refund is okay.

500 credits has been added back. Hope that resolves the issue.
