Hello, thank you for looping me into this.
Firstly I would like to apologize as the feedback was given to some other thread of the seller. The reason behind this is I was not able to find the particular genshin impact thread which was posted by them so I did not do this intentionally.
My main motive behind sending the negative feedback was only to make sure people like me would not get deceived.
So I asked the seller to find me a Genshin impact account with the characters I wanted and the budget for the same was given. The seller did his work and sent me hoyolab links which showed the accounts.
Once the account was decided, next day I made him payment of $35 through binance. The account I wanted was not available the next day as the seller claims he did not get time to purchase it so he showed me other accounts among which I selected one.
The seller is correct with one part that I did not ask him whether the account has any bindings or not but I did not do so because it was obvious that no one will spend high amount to buy accounts which are already binded.
I was told that this account was purchased by him from someone and then given it back to me. When I logged into the account, it had facebook and PSN bindings of the original owner.
I questioned the seller for the same and he simply answered me "I don't know". I got pretty worried because that account was no way safe and I asked him if the original owner recovers the account then will I get refund? but it was denied. I even asked him if we need to contact the original owner because if he has actually purchased an account from him then he can simply contact and get the account unbinded but he did not do so. I want this seller to show some proof that he has actually purchased this account from the original owner.
After I received the account, I binded my gmail, changed name and in bio I added my twitter descriptions as I usually do for other games. The next day the original account owner contacted on twitter me asking if I recently purchased a genshin account. The person's name matched to the facebook bindings on the genshin account so at that point it was confirmed that this is the original owner. He asked one of his ingame friend to check the account and in the description he found my twitter.
The owner informed me that he has put the account to recovery and he had all the receipts as well so it was obvious he will recover his account some day. The same was notified to the seller but he did not care at all. The original owner says his account was hacked which I did not believe at first thinking that both the seller and owner might be deceiving me. But the fact is whether the original owner come back to me or not or I try to contact him - he will recover the account any way. This seller just did not wanted me to be aware of this that the account was hacked when it was sold to me.
Frustrated with all the things the same day, I added a negative feedback to this seller because what he did was not correct and I did not wanted any delay in this.
The Seller on the feedback thread claims that he hacks people's account and sell it which is something about concern. This person does not know how the actual owners of the account will feel when all their hard work for years go for nothing. There is a limit for some things and this is similar to the level of scamming indirectly.
If hacking and then selling accounts on epicnpc is allowed then I believe I came to a wrong place to purchase the account. At this point I don't care much about my refund because I already know that moderators can not force this seller to refund me nor the original owner will happily give me the genshin account back.
I don't think people come here to buy or sell hacked accounts nor there will be any person here who will wish to do so. If they do then they will mention about it without any worries.
The seller should mention "I sell hacked accounts" instead of "I am not the original owner of the accounts" in his profile.
Later I found that many accounts are getting hacked in the same way on Hoyolab.
This thread is correct to explain what is actually happening.
If anything similar is happening then I would suggest the moderators to ban these people or else you will receive any other dispute in some other way related to this. This is just a suggestion. I know I don't have any right to decide the things.
The seller is free to accuse me for anything. I still don't think the feedback I gave is incorrect except the part that it was posted in the wrong thread. If he thinks he is correct from his side then I just have one thing to say you - "You will never be happy earing money or deceiving people this way. Some day it will surely backfire you"
I will give the moderators all the proofs you want from my side. If they feel my feedback is of no worth then please feel free to remove it.
Here are some proofs which was attached to the feedback, if you need anything else then feel free to contact me :
