I am not sure if I can get this feedback removed, it was months ago and I was really wondering if I would be able to remove it.

He blocked me after this and left me a negative review, even though I had thought that the situation was resolved.
Over a month later he unblocked me and sent me this:

He messaged me again a few weeks later but when i answered back I got no response.
