So, I purchase various keys for online games, offgamers.com attempting for the second time ever dealing with the company.

Well I bought about a half dozen keys, and magically their system was down and manually had to verify the order 12 hours later. Granted this happened once before, today a second time. Odd it would happen again, as I thought the first time a fluke.

After waiting the 12 hours, it seems they don't allow multiple key purchases, and cancelled my order. Well now, this is news to me since their livehelp operator specifically told me prior to ordering that they could sell multiple copies.

So, back at square one, waiting up to five days for them to hit a refund button through paypal. No keys, wasted day gone, and since time is money, that doesn't sit well with me. They claim instant delivery upwards of two hours, I claim bull.

Anyone else get hosed through this company for false advertising? Do you have any negative dealings with these guys? I'm done with them as a suppier.

just wanted to toss this out there, yes its old but I've spend a few thousand over like a year in cd keys from them, bought hundreds, never had a single problem, you guys just fail

I have had a few issues with offgamers on CD Keys.

The biggest one was when I ordered about a dozen keys (think it was 4 wotlk, burning crusade, and regular) and 7 of them didn't work.

When I contacted them to resolve this matter, they told me to speak with their guy via e-mail who handles this issue (his name was Vijay). Vijay took about 7 days to reply back to me and said he'd look into the issue. 10 additional days past and he never got back with me. Finally I found him on MSN so I bugged him. A few hours later he got back with me saying that I opened the attachment and therefore they can't tell if I used those keys or did not. I told him that I had problems before with keys but never complained and that there is no reason to complain. He said he'd speak with his manager and get back with me. That is the last I heard from him.

Needless to say I have had additional problems prior to this but in a smaller scale where usually only 1 key is not working.

I was never compensated for any of the keys nor was I ever contacted back from Vijay. The support didn't assist at all, and they told me to keep waiting. At this point, time was money so after so many efforts of trying to fix this issue, I simply stopped and moved on.

I stopped ordering with OffGamers after they did this.

Ive used offgamers for CD Keys, gold, kinah and isk,

Never had an issue, plus i won a cata key in one of their comps xD

I almost never use paypal to buy stuff online, I always use moneybookers or ideal because I don't have a creditcard, they are already reviewing my request for cancellation for 12 hours already =_='

I've purchased around 7-10 keys from them and everything has gone smoothly.

I have spent thousands on various warcraft keys and gametime cards from them over the last few years. Never had a single problem with them at all. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wouldnt recommend them to anyone , i have had problems with offgamers before as well for online currency , they claimed i was someone i wasn't and by that claiming i owed them thousands of dollars and by that they thought they could keep 150$ of my money and still claim i owe them something i didn't.

filed a dispute with paypal, didnt work in my favor since offgamers loaded off some bull**** to them, so i went straight to my bank with offgamers mail and my bank lady looked at it and looked at my transactions with offgamers and quickly hit the chargeback button procedure, their a bunch of scamming cunts in my opinion

I've only ever had one problem, and that was that I ordered gold to a wrong toon. They fixed it in no time and refunded me with store credit to purchase the gold for the correct toon. They've always been GREAT! They also have a great rebate system the more you buy the more store credit you get. For example on the 12th of Jan this year I purchased a time card but only had to pay £14 since I had store credit from rebate! Can't fault them in anyway. Their Power Leveling though very expensive compared to sellers on MMO-Bay do get the job done, and I've never received a ban.

I've only dealt with them a few times for power leveling and they were always upfront. No shady behavior.
