The rank will be probably bronze as I havent played for a long time and is probably decayed. There are few legendary skins for champions I think around 5. Also some champs have two skins as well. 65 skins stated on the title is for each individual champ and + more for champs with two skins. It has all the basic runes needed to play support, Ad, Ap, Jungle and tanks.
