The MM was unable to provide documentation an account was secured.

I was going to purchase an account that was region‑locked to Brazil. Delac, who is based in Serbia, confirmed he was unable to log into the account due to the region lock. When I requested confirmation that the account had been properly secured, he only provided screenshots submitted by the original seller. He did not provide any proof that he, as the middleman, had secured the account himself—no login confirmation, no screenshots, no records—unlike other middlemen I’ve worked with who always provide this verification.

It’s unclear why he claimed the account was secured when he was unable to log in at all, yet he still insisted to proceeded with the transaction.

Communication was also an issue. While I understand time zone differences, Delac was consistently unresponsive and became dismissive when I followed up. He stated it “takes 6 hours to reply,” despite me clearly explaining when I would be available to respond. His attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience disappointing. I would not recommend him to be a MM.
