Hi, so i got this guy https://www.epicnpc.com/members/cruelnoob.398602 offering me to buy my tera Selling - (DMO) Tera - Items - Crowns [Omegamon/Leviamon] | EpicNPC Marketplace but asking for the items first and won't do the payment first.
It's a though situation but i keep going with my 'payment first' and he's unfriend me on discord because we don't get the deal 'buyer wont send the money first'. *im saved*

and he's threaten my friend that he'll going to disput anyway, since he knows that paypal doesn't care as much as we know that.
simply : both deal > asking for request money not into his paypal account(seems like money laundry) > money sent > suddenly wants a refund because it's not what he want > suddenly opened a case > and yeah he fear no paypal because he knows paypal doesn't care lol.
yeah it's look an off-site scamming and Scam Accusation for me and my friend though!
*last screenshot he's trying to do the same thing using paypal as the payment service and after that he'll dispute anyway, even though he's from the same country as me using bank transfer isn't that hard lol but he's kinda smell fishy so i don't do the transaction and he unfriend me once again on discord*
Q1 : why don't you just cancel the payment and get back to your account and change password ?
A1 : first off all he said deal and yeah you can hackback these account once you got the email/id/password and 2nd security pin which mean you had to MAKE SURE before purchasing something like account when seller gives email id and 2nd password you can request a new password through costumers service from the game provider. (the worst scenario is losing money and yet losing the account)
