Okay, so I talked to this and bought his account, he showed me in game, and everything was fine, he told me i needed to send the money through paypal, and then i would be able to get the account. After i sent the money, he said this guy had to give him the cash from paypal, and then he would give me the info for the account. Then a few minutes later he signed off.
This was about 45 min ago, and he still hasnt signed back on. His AIM is U R CaRaZy <font color="orange"> </font>.
Is this guy a scammer? If so, what can i do to get my money back through paypal.
