No transaction but he gave me bad feedback

Problems : He message me on EpicNPC to boosting his account, then i reply it when i am wake up after that he gave me the account. But unfortunately i read that message after 2 days after he gave me the account but he said already cancel it due to slowrespon with me, so i just read it then i bumb my thread again. Next day he gave me bad review cause i am slow respon, i already tell him cause i was busy due to my friends passed away and i need to send my assignment to my lecture and my notification kinda late to my Email, i need open email then all notification just pop it. So we make a deal, i gave him discount for boosting he said he will deleted the bad review but he's not reply it again after i asked his id & password and give my paypal to him. Also i am not login to his account cause i thought he change the password

I dont think a transaction needs to happen for feedback to be left. I was honest in my review and have no intention of taking back anything of what was written. People may have good experiences, but they also need to know that there might be cases where the experience isn't as good. Just like an buy/sell page.

It is correct that I received a discount, however in the mean time I had already made arrangements with another seller. So at the end of the day I'd need to disappoint someone.

I have no intentions of withdrawing my feedback - and neither do I think mods should revoke it.

Yes, i know i am. But i already give you the reason why i am slowrespon on message and thread.

My other costumer already i tell about my problems that my friends passed away on Discord, and also i rarely bump my thread on that week cause that.

So, when you said withdrawing i thought you dont need my boosting again and already got another booster. But you said you didnt, so i gave you a discount for that cause its my fault and make a deal with it, but you didnt even inform me again if you got another booster. So i create this report, and also i already contact the moderator.

He said

So, i reported this. Cause i am not make you lose your account or even your money, because i dont open your account and you dont send the money too.

I dont really care if you already spoken to mods. The whole idea of this dispute is to show 2 sites of it.

Yes, it is correct I have not lost any money. However 1 star reviews are not limited to those who take money from someone or scam. They are based on a genuinely bad experience.

Thus, I have nothing more to say on the matter - and I will not remove my feedback, thus it is entirely up to the mods if they wanna do it.
