No trade made and give feedback to unrelated thread/game

He's giving me a negative feedback on unrelated thread : https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/guest-global-haru-hugo-mei-lin-beginner-untouch-40-nego.3085821/
And he's complaining about me not responding him without him actually making trade.
For uma musume dispute where he report me of does not owning the account, i already settle that with a moderator earlier, this is the screenrecord :

I gave wrong feedback to wrong place, which should be in the Uma posted thread, however, the feedback is warranted and you can do better next time on disclosing whether the account is back up, or you not wanting to sell it, etc.

Feedback can only be made when a trade is happened, if no trade happen you can't make a feedback, cc @EpicNPC Mod

If that's the case, then poor management as based on behavior and suspicion has all the right reasons to leave a review. If you bad mouth, that should be a review, if you try to up one somebody in a poor manner that causes problems, a review.

We didn't trade, nor do I find you trust worthy based on your actions. That review is justified so others may see.

The manner in how you handled the account with having Admins needed to take it down and warn you, is in fact, a review that is warranted. If the mods don't like it and only on transactions, then they can remove the feedback (which was in the wrong place).
