No sale on these threads - Fake feedbacks from LunaSol

Hello,

I would like to report the two feedbacks left on my profile by LunaSol:

No deal, payment or account delivery ever took place between us for either of these accounts. LunaSol never bought the Raid Shadow Legends account nor the Bleach Brave Souls account.

Could you please ask for proof of transaction for these two threads and remove the feedbacks? Thank you.

• Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback.
  • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
  • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
  • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
• Between 11 - 30 days is a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
• Feedback will ONLY be removed if it's false. If resolved, it will be updated to neutral.

Please provide proof that the feedback is false.

I have no payment from LunaSol in my records. Our only contact was a short chat on Feb 28, 2025, no payment was received from LunaSol and no account was delivered. Neither the Raid Shadow Legends account nor the Bleach Brave Souls account was ever sold to LunaSol. I cannot prove something that never happened

You were both clearly speaking off site on discord. Just because there is no proof of transaction through epicNPC chat does not prove that a transaction did not take place off site.

None of that provides proof that the feedback is false. You must provide overwhelming evidence a sale did not take place

I understand the rule, but I am being asked to prove that something never happened, which is impossible for anyone. There is no receipt, no message and no record for a sale that did not take place.

The only EpicNPC chat between LunaSol and me is a few messages on Feb 28, 2025 about a trade that never happened. LunaSol left two negative feedbacks on two different threads, Raid Shadow Legends and Bleach Brave Souls, which cannot both be real sales. The feedbacks contain no payment receipt and no screenshot. If LunaSol had really paid, he would have a receipt, and it would take him one minute to show it.

I respectfully ask that LunaSol be asked for a payment receipt. If none can be provided, I ask that both feedbacks be removed, or at least changed to neutral.

Due to lack of proof and the time that has passed, the feedback can remain.

In the future, please report feedbacks ASAP.
