Deal done right after on another Trade Guardian (#155176) paid fee for $500, exchange was made here. No exchange was done in (#155174). And for what its worth the deal wouldntve been possible with the MM from #155174 who posted the feedback anyway because they couldnt hold $500 paypal

MM are also members and are allowed to leave feedback based on their experience. A neutral feedback seems fair to me and yes, it would be permanent.

I’m not saying they arent, but i feel like a warning in the form of Alerts wouldve been enough. Like you’ve said when i reported this, in your words “feedback cannot be given if there was no exchange”
