We have refunded his payment and no longer want to deal with him due to his failure to follow instructions. This is a common issue due to many customers not reading the instruction carefully on how to access dummy Gmail. We usually resolve this within 30 seconds by asking the buyer to send us a screenshot because most of the time their Gmail language is not English and most of them do not understand how Gmail works. We asked the buyer multiple times but he seems to not get our point and keep refused to send. At some point, he was rude and we no longer want to deal with anymore.
