What is the dispute about?
There has been no refund from the seller as stated in the chat he said he was going to refund the 22 Dlls as he did with the 20, I understand that he may not want to get the money trough my payoal as he said that it was marked as on hold, the only problem is taht there has been no refund or he had not given me the account, not even answer to my messages, he has been online several times but no response I understand he might be busy I just want some short of confirmation that he is either refunding the money or giving me the account.
